As we wrap up 2025
We want to take a moment to thank each of you for trusting us with your care this year. Your commitment to your wellness inspires everything we do at Blessed Tree Integrated Wellness, and we’re excited to share some updates and plans for 2026.
Practice Updates
This past year, Andrea’s been diving deeply into Fascial Counterstrain (FCS), a gentle, highly effective manual therapy that targets the root causes of pain and restricted movement. In simple terms: FCS helps your body release tension, improve mobility, and decrease pain by addressing specific points in the fascia (connective tissue) where your body may be “stuck.” Many patients have already experienced profound changes through this method.
To continue improving your care, we’re gradually moving towards a clothed practice model. This means many treatments will now take place over light, comfortable clothing rather than on a table with direct skin contact. This shift allows for smoother appointment flow and a focus on efficiency while maintaining effectiveness.
Continuing Education Highlights
In 2025, Andrea expanded her skills through several advanced classes at The Jones Institute:
• Fascial Counterstrain Foundations – The core principles and protocols for identifying and releasing fascial restrictions.
• Lymphatics 1 – Techniques to support lymph flow, reduce swelling, and enhance immune function.
• Lymphatics 2 – Advanced lymphatic methods for deeper, more targeted systemic effects.
These trainings are already shaping the way we approach treatment, giving you more options for addressing chronic pain, post-injury recovery, and overall wellness.
Practice Updates
Next year, Andrea is already planning to continue expanding her FCS expertise with Visceral and Nerve 1 at The Jones Institute, which will allow us to address deeper organ and nerve-related dysfunctions, improving results for stubborn or complex issues. FCS isn’t just “another massage”—it’s a clinical, patient-centered approach that can change the way your body moves and heals.
She hopes to be able to take additional classes from The Jones Institute in 2026, as she works to become a Certified CounterStrainer.
Annual Pricing Update
Starting January 1, 2026, session rates will see a modest increase to reflect the ongoing education, advanced techniques, and personalized care we provide. This allows us to continue offering the highest quality treatments and maintain our patient-centered approach.
Operating Hours Update
In 2027, we’ll be adjusting our operating hours slightly to better align with patient demand and allow for continued professional development. Exact details will be shared in late 2026, but we wanted to give everyone a heads-up to plan ahead.
With gratitude
Thank you again for being a part of the Blessed Tree community. We’re grateful for your trust, and we look forward to helping you feel your best in 2026 and beyond.
